PVA/PVOH adhesive. Simply dissolve in boiling water. Similar to Elmer's glue but dries stronger and crystal clear. Great for gluing plugs and caps in place, wood plugs in mortars, etc.. Simply thin to a water-like viscosity for use here and use up to 4% in pyro mixture. Can be used with other water soluble binders to increase the strength of the dried casting. Used in many rocket propellant formulations (without water reactive metals) and as a water soluble binder in various pyrotechnic mixtures - much better adhesive than dextrines or gums. Use sparingly, too much will inhibit the burn rate. Can be used to make electric squibs (explosive special f/x electric match "hits") by dipping finished match head in concentrated solution twice, drying between coats. Very popular inexpensive adhesive!! 1 lb makes up to 3 gallons of adhesive. The thick glue may then be thinned with warm water for lower viscosities if needed.
