For those of us who love fireworks, but may not be able to obtain them
because of state restrictions, we have the answer. The following firework items
are classified as Novelty Fireworks and are considered by authorities to be safe
enough to be shipped to all states without any restrictions or permits. Order
them for birthday parties and celebrations, bachelor parties, bridal showers and
weddings, anniversaries, office parties or just plain fun! Non-hazardous
shipping and no permits required!
NOTE: When ordering any novelty fireworks, figure for an extra box
because we may not be able to ship them with other materials in your order. If
we can ship them with other merchandise in your order, we will do so with no
