Used for gently rolling the plastic hull inward over the contents for professional looking results. Absolutely mandatory when loading magnum shot shells, tracers, slug loads, etc.. A roll crimp takes up less of the hull than the standard star crimp and promotes longer case life and better seals. Comes with instructions. 12 GAUGE MAGNUM SHOTCUPS - HIGH DENSITY PLASTIC SPECIAL EFFECTS COLUMNS
Designed for high power 2 3/4” magnum hunting loads, these shot cups hold 1 1/4oz of steel shot or 1 5/8oz of lead. They are also used to contain the composition for special effects loads such as signal flares and flame thrower/incendiary type loads.- Currently out of stock

Cardboard disk placed over the loaded shotcup or other components in the hull to top it off. They are used to supply a base to roll the hull over onto for the crimp thus sealing the shell. - Currently out of stock

12 GAUGE INSERT PROJECTILE CASINGS - COLOR CODED FIRE RETARDANT PAPER
Load your own colored signal flares , smoke tracers or wildlife control whistles and bangs! Our insert casings are color coded spiral wound of tough, specially treated fire retardant Kraft paper to help reduce the dangers of spot fires in use. They are designed to fit the 12 gauge hulls without gas seals. Simply compress casing with flare or smoke comp approx 70% full or with audible whistle or bang composition for pest control use. When used in combination with transparent hulls such as the ones we carry, the color coded casings tell at a glance what is loaded. In addition, the casings protect the composition within from fracture (such as flares) from the crimp when fired producing higher altitudes. Uses standard 5/8” plugs to close. Packaged in colors per 100 pcs. Use roll crimping tool to close the hull after loading.

Heavy walled fire resistant casings for making your own 12 gauge whistles - wildlife control cartridges. Simply plug one end and compress 50% full with a standard 70/30 Potassium Perchlorate/Sodium or Potassium Benzoate whistle mixture. Can also be used for bird “bangs”. Use 12 gauge roll crimping tool to close hull over insert.

TRACER BULLET LOADING DIES - COMPRESS PYROTECHNICS INTO BULLET BASE
MAKE YOUR OWN COLORFUL TRACERS FOR RIFLE OR PISTOL CALIBERS! Our patent pending tool design features a precision machined threaded (7/8 -14) steel compression die with interchangeable non-sparking brass ram and an aluminum bullet die with interchangeable plastic sleeve housing the pre-drilled bullet for compressing the pyrotechnic tracer composition. Simply thread the compression die into any standard single station ammo reloading press, slip the bullet die into ram press, insert appropriate pre-drilled bullet into sleeve, fill with your favorite composition and compress by lowering press handle - simple!! We have designed the set to use inexpensive interchangeable parts to upgrade to a different caliber without purchasing an additional threaded die set!! Example: if you wish to load both 30 caliber and 45, simply order the die set in one caliber and the upgrade kit for the other. Loading dies include threaded die with lock rings, brass ram, bullet die, bullet sleeve for one caliber and complete instructions listing how to easily drill the bullet base cavities for each caliber using FMJ or hard cast bullets and ordinary drill bits obtained at most any hardware store. FIREFOX “CYCLONE SYSTEMS” HAND HELD SIGNAL LAUNCHERS
Now by popular demand we have added our precision machined hand held “Cyclone Systems” signal device launchers from our field tested prototypes. Available in a range of barrel sizes from 17mm to 37/38mm, these launchers will send a variety of effects high into the air or at an angle away from you. Effects include high intensity color signal flares, smoke pellets or canisters, wildlife control cartridges or colorful air burst aerial shells.

 “CYCLONE SYSTEMS” 17H SIGNAL BATON/LAUNCHER
Machined from solid 6061 aluminum, the launcher is operated by a #209 shotshell primer to launch flare or smoke pellets and 15 & 17mm wildlife control cartridges (listed elsewhere in catalog) high into the air for signaling. Make your own signal pellets or wildlife control devices! The barrel will accept devices up to .675” OD and our 1/2” ID X 1 1/2” L tubes (Stock# T112) works great for small canister devices. To load simply thread barrel from handle, place a # 209 shotshell primer and thread barrel back on. Insert device into barrel, pull spring loaded knob in handle (firing pin) and release to fire. 8.75” overall length with safety release pin to prevent accidental discharge. Use with shotshell primers alone for very loud audible effects. Comes with instructions. See top diagram B - opposite page. (Lower diagram is 37/38 mm for comparison).
