We must comply with a federal ruling that states any person ordering paper tubes 10" long or shorter must have an ATFE manufacturing permit to order. Note: We are discontinuing the dull silver outwraps on our general purpose tubes. The silver wrap will be replaced with dull black to accomodate our theatrical stage effects friends who require their use on dim-lit stages and other similar uses.
