Basically plastic granules that dissolve in toluene for use as a strong plastic adhesive and sealant. Used to glue plastic aerial shell halves together, and seal time fuse in place. Stronger than methylene chloride alone. Dries rigid and white in color. Can be tinted with solvent dies for color and/or made elastomeric by adding 5% or so plasticizer for elastomeric applications.
