 We run un-advertised specials pretty much all the time here at Firefox. The only ones that will know about these super deals are those that place orders with us. We will automatically place the current Hot Sheet of sale items and new additions in with your order for your review. This way our regular customers get the first chance at them. FREE MERCHANDISE OFFER - ALL CUSTOMERS

We are constantly getting small quantities of chemicals and materials.

Because these items are very limited, it is best that you place your order through our on-line ordering from our web site, call us or fax your order in (established customers only). This is the fastest way to get your order in to us and they are processed immediately in the order they are received. Established customers may call your order in but be sure you ask for the free merchandise offer!! If the order desk operator fails to write your request on your order because you did not ask for it, you won=t get it! If this is your first order and you must send your order by mail, one or all of the free lot items you choose may be gone by the time we receive your order so list the lot items according to your first choice, second, third and so on and send your order overnight or Priority Mail Service. Once the items are gone.......they're gone!!

 Be sure to list your e-mail address or a daytime telephone number you can be reached at in case we need to contact you on your order. We will fill your order using the lots you list in the order you list them if any are sold out. If all are gone that you list we will try to contact you but we do not have time to call several times! If we cannot contact you, your order will be filled with what we have left!

Your order will be processed immediately if you are already on file with us. New customers must first send your information and photocopy of your drivers license before we can proceed (see ordering information in catalog and web site).

For on-line orders, simply use the Special Instructions box at the bottom of your on-line order form to ask for the free offer and list the lot(s) you wish or list them on your faxed or e-mail order. Remember, there is both a time limit, a minimum $$$ merchandise order and limited quantity of this free merchandise so those that wait....loose! This is a first come, first served offer with a limited time and limited availability!! We must receive your order during the time period listed on the lot(s) and before the end of business on the last day listed (5:00 pm mountain time) and we must have the lot(s) you wish in stock - no back-orders. Once they're gone, they're gone! E-mail and fax orders must be posted during this time as well. Orders received after that time (by mail or otherwise) will not be considered. Be sure to list the lot(s) you want in the order in which you want them in case you are too late on any of the merchandise and it is gone. We can only send free merchandise that meets the minimum dollar amount that you have sent. Example; if your order is $155.00 you can only choose the free merchandise from lots meeting the minimum $155.00 or less unless you increase the size of your order to meet a higher minimum order lot.

With the exception of literature, paper tubes and other non-chemical materials, chemical lots must be shipped by U.P.S. Ground Service. We cannot re-package the chemicals so they can be shipped by U.S.P.S. for those of you residing outside the continental U.S. (Hawaii, Alaska, etc).
